I am so disappointed in this company, their customer service is terrible as well as their website design. They have made my Grandma pay twice for items and refuse to acknowledge any wrong doings and when you call in you are made to feel as if you are wasting their time. I would be very careful and make sure you check payments and orders with them and if I am being honest would only order on the phone and not from their website as you cannot trust that it will work properly and your money will be hold to ransom. Not what I would expect from such a large company!
