I had a great time and surprised there are any negative reviews. I am a disabled wheelchair user. I bought 2 wheelchair tickets, one for me, one for my caregiver to sit next to me. We really enjoyed the show! The planetarium had us in the best seats (sometimes handicap seats are the worst, not this time!) I am autistic as well and was able to stim and "reach for the stars" without bothering others. I bought the VIP package and when claiming the program they were out. But they made up for it with a free item then mailed the program. Great customer service too! As for negative nancies... Looks like they are complaining more about the facilities and the facility's technology more than the actual show, or just didnt bother to see what they were buying. "New age music with 90s style screen savers" was a complaint... i LOVE that stuff and got exactly what i expected after researching and watching the ads ❤️ and it was way better than "screen savers" 🙄
