I've seen this twice and really loved how I felt both times. My partner and my family all loved it too. My grandmother said she just didn't want it to end. It's refreshing to see a production focused on edifying people and connecting them to who they really are. Tbh, I think James' music is a little lackluster. It reminds me of when a new composer discovers a synthesizer and thinks that the more effects they use, the better the music is. I would love if the music was more compelling aside from all the synthetic effects. But when tied with the narration and the visuals, it works well. We've seen Mesmerica before, which we can't stop laughing about because it is basically watching a windows 97 screensaver for an hour. But the visuals in this show are upgraded quite a bit. The production as a whole is moving and inspiring. Highly recommend!
