After watching the full series .. I believe that not only the focus should have been more testified, but rather pin pointed not only on the murder by staging the "real abuse" that has been actually running in the family through the children.. This is even, awful to think that parents doing something called "sexual abuse" to their own "blood".. I mean how was that justified?. Not being for or against the trial or the testimony but "sexual abuse" being "Parents" and that to their own children, the blood that they brought the the world! did they not think its there fault or was it intentionally to bring a life and torture it till death ... how is this justified? Rather SEXUAL ABUSE should have been the focus..as no children should ever be treated this way or non deserves to be treated this way or can even think something this gruesome happening to them as a matter of fact that a provider, a father, a mother.... the [shelter can be full of burns and cuts].. I am mad at the courtroom where the truth has been hidden and focused on how brutally they have killed some abuser after being suffered since the age of 6 and 7... I mean who would not want to kill the " real monsters"!.. They only focused on how did LYLE AND ERIC not "love" their parents and so on and so forth ... nobody focused on how did they suffer and survived and not take pills to death ... and love who? those who perform sexual activities with their own child ? how is it not sick ? Murder is a crime and so as Abuse and if the boys have faced this fear since a child ... I don't see a problem in the Rage and Anger they have put behind them to kill somebody they really cared for.. I believe every chemical has a an equal or opposite reaction if not treated correctly. So, yes! the sentence thus remains unjustified.
