Honestly it was a great movie, I'd give it a 4.5 if that was an option.
This was what I'd expect from the franchise: Ridiculous stunts and action scenes, tense moments, a sense of real tragedy, absurd faction switches, and good acting.
My main beef is really just the villain's self-inflicted silly death.
Also, nice follow up to Eugene Kittridge from the first movie, but it would have been nice to have seen what happened to various other characters (William Brandt, Jane Carter, Zhen Lei, etc.) as this was the finale, but I understand it was likely due to expired contracts or scheduling conflicts.
