Crystal Franks

Chalamet catches the spirit of Willy Wonka perfectly. His character is optimistic, enthusiastic, and quirky. The movie fits perfectly with the books. The back story makes the future Wonka seem believable. The people who are good win in the end. I loved all of the characters particularly the evil villain Slugworth. Paterson Joseph was smart, funny, and diabolical. He perfectly offsets the good in Chalamet’s Willy Wonka. Wonka is a wonderful musical masterpiece that will live on well past these characters lifetime. Bravo!
