Very interesting and engaging premise, characters, and story setting. Something about the writing style tho, makes it a bit of a slog. On the one hand, I would love to know what happens next, the plot twist. Yet I still struggle to stay engaged. It's not a bad book, but it's not on the top either. 3 stars. It's worth checking out on the off chance it could very well be I don't appreciate good books.
