Guns are way too unbalanced. If you're not playing AR, you're losing. Shotguns are virtually impossible to play well unless you're camping. Sniping is unforgivably hard unless you can land every single shot. ARs outperform SMGs almost at all ranges. TTK is too fast and movement freedom is way too restricted. Just play COD in my opinion. It's not much better but atleast it's better than whatever this was. The extremely long queue times also don't help much.
