A truly seminal book. I was studying Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve as a doctoral student, while working at Honeywell; when Rosabeth and other Harvard faculty became Change Masters while consulting there. Several Harvard faculty made substantive contributions to Honeywell's leadership. It was a privilege to learn from them as well as my mentors like Bill Pasmore at Case.
