“Regretting you” by Colleen Hoover Rating- 4.5/10 Thoughts and opinions - I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to read this, but I read it because my friend wanted to read and watch it together. I get the idea, but the execution was fucking awful. It was a mix of teenage angst and grieving. Not my cup of tea. I hate books that deal with affairs and shit. I find the “teenage angst” very unpleasant. Sinopsis- mom and husband share a daughter named Clara. Mom loses husband in car accident, finds out her husband (high school sweetheart) was having an affair with her sister . They both die, daughter finds out about the deaths of loved ones, blames herself, and finds out the truth. Mom and daughter are grieving, they’re trying to replenish their relationship with each otherand heal as well.
