I was convinced that my Hulu had malfunctioned when this movie abruptly ENDED with the main character walking out of a diner to go home for the night. I thought, well maybe it’s a series and went to the Info section. Nope. Before watching this, I saw the 92% review from Rotten Tomatoes and thought, wow this must be great! (I think their review registrar had a mix up) Also the movie description gives you the idea that the workers “stand up” and do something to stop the abusive treatment. I waited for that the entire movie and it never came. As many other reviewers have said, this was 1.5 hours of my Friday night wasted. No plot, no dialogue, no climax of any kind and then it just ended. SO disappointing... That being said, the main character did a great job for what she was given to work with, which was basically nothing.
