A game that exceeds all expectations and challenges the player to experience the emotionally challenging sides of a story where nothing is distinctly black and white...it's all shades of grey in-between and those shades are emotionally wrought. A brilliant companion piece to the first classic to bring the story full circle. As for the negative reviews giving 1 star. Let's dissect that for a minute. These reviews are saying this game, it's graphics, gameplay and story are one of the worst games ever made? It's laughable so you can happily ignore those reviews. They're from trolls who haven't even played the game because let's face it, why would someone spend 30 hours of their life playing a game they thought was one of the worst ever made. This game's story, among its many themes, is about choices and their consequences. Naughty Dog has made a game that forces you to play through the consequences of those choices which carry over from the first game and they're confronting. It just takes a little emotional intelligence, emotional maturity and empathy to appreciate the wrenching experience they've achieved in this game. Unfortunately trolls don't have those traits and are doomed to spiral down a path of hate that will only damage themselves. Ironically, if they played the game, they just might learn that.
