Watching this team of misfits come together was as fun (packed with action) and funny as it was heartfelt. The comedic bits made me cackle which I don’t do often with shows. As they say, when you understand someone’s personal story you are able to empathize their situation. I never imagined I would love Peacemaker. The plot is tight which allowed for smooth character development. This show may have pulled me to the raw DC side over Marvel. I can’t wait to taste S02.

Grew up in the 90s but somehow didn’t catch this until now. What a gem, had me rolling on the floor laughing. Yes, Marisa knocked it out in her role but must say Joe Pesci is downright marvelous in his. I’ve seen many, many of his movies but this is the first time I’m able to appreciate him sort of as a stand-alone character.

What a fantastic performance by Sandra Bullock. It gave us a glimpse of life after prison in the form of a captivating story. Make sure to have a box of tissues in reach because you will cry. The critics absolutely missed the mark on this one, then again since when do we care what they think.

This was an amazing show. It’s like an extended action movie with amazing production value and well thought out plot. Not just a feast for Marvel fans but takes on today’s racial problems and class dynamics/warfare in the US. Also the character development was really strong. Went in not caring much about the characters and came out with new favorite heroes.

I love shows that have a strong real life element to it from life in the backcountry to the tough times trying to escape poverty - and of course the corruption big money (casino) brings to a community. Strippers are dope and know what they’re doing unlike that sad movie JLo directed. Thoughtful casting and acting is really good. Uncle Clifford completes the show for me. It has its dark scenes but is well balanced with the sweet and funny ones. Plot is tight so I never wanted to check out early in either season — can’t wait for the S02 finale. Soundtrack is so hot, including some of the verses in the show as well as the intro theme song. Also thanks to this show, I finally learned how to use the word finna the right way.

Absolutely obsessed. Character development, bada$$ action scenes, production value... this show has everything. Here I thought Marvel > DC but boy, has this show changed it up!!
