There's room for improvement but I honestly have to say, I'm enjoying the game so far. The Characters are pretty good, story and side quests are engaging enough to not really notice the emptyish world. The combat took a little bit to get used to as I've never played Nioh but whenever I did grasp it, it was really fun. The graphics are about on the level of PS4 AC Valhalla in my opinion but I'm not one of those who think team ninja has the same amount of talent/budget of other Sony studios like Naughty Dog or Sucker Punch, so it doesn't really bother me as they're acceptable.
One of the things I like most about this game though, is that you're able to replay missions from any point in the game, on the spot and are able to make changes to the decisions you make if you didn't like the outcome of the first choice. With it then allowing you to make the 2nd decision canon in your story, keeping you from having to go back and replay every mission up until where you were before.
Only thing I would really like is more population in cities, I get there being only 2 or 3 people out on a country road but I hate that I can count the amount of people on a big city street with 2 hands. Another thing is, they made the main character weird, like he's not a silent protagonist but you rarely ever hear them speak other than brief cutscenes here and there.
