I found the book harrowing at times. Raw with emotion but I pressed on believing it would have a remarkable conclusion, which it did. To think this is a true account is absolutely astonishing. The fact that Tara found courage & curiosity in life & an urge to move forward after her closeted upbringing is extraordinary. Hats off to Tara for speaking her truth & allowing herself to be judged by her family for writing the book. She has done herself & many others proud. Well worth reading.
