It's a masterpiece. Nearly a decade later, Skyrim is still an enjoyable game.

Pros: Pretty good package overall, some people had wildly unhinged expectations. Rockstar said they were remasters from the beginning and that they were gonna preserve the classic look, and that's what they did. They never, not even once, claimed they were gonna remake all 3 games in the GTA V engine. They said they would bring QoL adjustments such as the GPS from GTA V over. Anyone who tells you the game got a simple up-res is lying through their teeth. The textures and lighting got enormous overhauls and it's stupidly apparent in any legitimate side-by-side. Youtube is your friend. In conclusion Remake=/=Remaster, cope. Cons: Performance needs to be improved. It doesn't run as well as it should, this needs to be patched. Some characters look off, this might be patched but who knows. Minor glitches are present like most open-world games, some from the original PS2 release, these should be patched as well.

Its the best version of an undisputable masterpiece

I finished my first play through this evening. The Outerworlds is an incredible gem of a game, and it deserves to win Game of the Year without question. The depth of the lore, world, characters and choices you make are the among the best I’ve ever seen in my 20+ years of gaming. It’s a masterpiece. To the Team at Obsidian, thank you.

Great show so far (only 5 episodes out at the time of writing) Episodes 1-4 were great 5 stumbled and was kinda "eh". Heres hoping they get back on the saddle!

Mild Spoilers, Skip to TL;DR to avoid. I've never seen such intense fan backlash against a great game. The story was excellent and well written, as well as heart-breaking and emotionally sickening. I get it, a lot of people wanted more adventures with Ellie and Joel, but this game isn't "The Last of Us 2" its "The Last of Us: Part 2". Its a logical continuation of the dramatic and arguably horrific ending of the first game. TL;DR - Ignore the review bombing, it's already the fastest-selling PS4 game of all time and the fastest-selling game of the entire year.
