This documentary made me sad and angry. Brian should’ve had counseling after his leg injury. The whole family needed counseling after Joey’s death, especially Isaac. I was angry and disappointing that Brian and Maria didn’t support and encourage Isaac to pursue the career he wanted. Instead, they just have another baby. Isaac went through so much emotional turmoil over the years. It’s no wonder he’s depressed now. For me, the ending of the film is so disappointing. The VA should’ve made sure Brian got help. Or maybe he refused it. I hope Isaac is okay. It’s a shame he felt the military was his only option. Just my opinion. I’m not anti-military. That just wasn’t his first choice.
