Entertaining, but read the books they are so much better. The writers have twisted the tale to pander to modern feelings and the tender sensitivities. The books reflect a realism that is sadly lacking in the series. It explores the divide between the Christians and those who worship the old Gods and the violence in which Christianity was born in the old kingdoms of England
