Great program, love the variety of the workouts and food! Recipes are simple and easy to make, and taste amazing! Lots of healthier recipes for fave meals such as chicken parma, french toast, pancakes, carbonara, cookies, muffins etc. Selection of brekky, lunch, mains and snacks - access to a 'locker'/library of all recipes so you aren't just restricted to each week's meal plan. The trainers are fantastic, especially Joss for HIIT and Lucy for Dance Fit. The standard Sam 28 workout is also great for a full body workout in only 28mins. Have had great results and continue to use the program for maintenance as I enjoy it a lot. Have been on the program for about a year now.
