I have written before, I LOVED James Martin cooking BUT I wanted to watch the seafood preparations, which was the first recipe today, BUT it was all about Interviewing the current guest, it has now turned Into a chat show 90% cooking 10%, the only recipes anyone can follow is when he cooks In the garden. Why, oh why can’t we have James tell us what he is doing. When the dish is done, if necessary, chat to the guest. I was so incensed today I actually turned it OFF. Hope the format changes soon. I don’t like watching the biased BBC BUT at least it’s easier to look up the recipe. So disappointed.
