Feels like the arcade game mission like you play at the main event places. Different approach to a story and different cast definitely helps. I like the message the story sends. It’s simple and not overly hard to understand. Definitely doesn’t feel like a copy and paste movie. I wasn’t disappointed going to the movie. One part of the plot seemed ridiculous when they planned to head to the island, but that’s my logic on how they went with that. Some will have some burning questions for the side characters, but that’s not so serious that we need another movie kind of question.

Decent movie for the budget in my opinion. I know it’s a remake of the original but it was decent. Could’ve had more context with the mom and daughter but that’s just my preference.

Didn’t leave you on a terrible cliffhanger. Actually brought a conclusion to season one and absolutely killed it with the story. Absolutely will follow up again. I don’t actually have home Wi-Fi or actual TV and watch this all on my phone data plan so that should show how much I liked the show.

If I had to describe this show with one word it would be Racist. How can we move forward in the world together if entertainment is throwing propaganda like this out. I know the entertainment industry was like this back then, but this show is using the same tools just at a different race in a different time. There should be no exceptions for this.

Political propaganda. That’s all I’m going to say.

I will start by saying I love horror movies. The second thing I will say is politics and “cancel culture” need to stay out of them. Typical Hollywood to stereotype people like the Texan with all the guns. Texans are normal like everyone else. Not all texans drive diesel trucks with stacks either. The leather face guy getting shot 4 or 5 times in the chest and acting like he’s fine in the end is so very unrealistic. If Hollywood knew anything about guns besides making political statements is buck shot is equivalent to 1500 foot pounds of kinetic energy which would brittle your rib cage even with a vest. So this guy can take multiple shots like nothing? Also he breaks a guys arm very unrealistically to. Overall if they kept the bs political message out it would be a decent movie. I’m not right sided or left sided. Just hate seeing political propaganda in entertainment.
