I thought Get Out was an absolute *masterpiece*, and as such had very high expectations for this movie. It started off OK, but lost steam quite rapidly. The ill-timed, awkward "humor" (especially in a movie billed as pure horror rather than comedy-horror), couple of abruptly edited scenes and the weak plot don't help. Although the very end of the movie did send a chill up my spine in the "what if" sense of it all, it was overall quite disappointing. I'd rate it 2.5/5 mainly for Lupita's commendable performance, a few scenes at the beginning and the final few minutes. Maybe it would've worked better as a 15-20 minute short rather than a full feature.
