All The Bright Places is a thoughtful reflection on youth suicide & depression. Beautiful & enigmatic- yet the tragic ending (although sadly real) leaves little insight that many survivors of adolescent depression do not succumb to suicidal ideation... such a waste. And yet - maybe this is the point . Devastating, but reflective. Way too negative for the teenage audience it targets.
