Pretentious re-working of a story we know as well as nursery rhyme. Do we need this, again? Someone thinks we should, the lead does her best, but the disjointed, dream like direction starts to grate.

Nicely shot. But the plot borrows a lot from similar films: arrival, war of the worlds and the Martian, there is a distinct lack of action, lots of meaningful conversations, but ultimately it’s very dull and a patchwork quilt of various plots and characters. No of whom are engaging.

MI . Bond. Bourne. This movie is a cocktail of all these ingredients , and it doesn’t taste nice.

Clever edge of the seat espionage action, maybe a little far fetched at times, but a great watch, beautifully shot.

Deadpool meets pink panther, meets Raiders, I guess Ryan took this to fund Wrexhams transfer budget, good looking film, but daft, despite Reynolds being deadpool yet again.

Good portrayal of the bitter and dangerous battle of the Atlantic. Just a shame British producers have not sought to portray British captains such as Walker, who were battling u-boats 3 years before the Americans came into the war.
