The book is a fun, dark read. It manages to get you really invested in the two main characters and their well-being. There's some edge-of-your-seat (page😅) scenes that was really well set up and written. Loved the voice actors for the audiobook, especially Scarlett. The dark, funny sarcasm makes for an enjoyable listen. I liked that the book also tied things up nicely with a scene at the end.

Slow to start. But yeah, things start getting weird mid way. The clues. It's not direct. It's subtle. And then, it's too late. It's quite a ride. So. The pacing is not great. Initially, things drag a bit. But it does pick up. For me, the audiobook was great! The audiobook is definitely worth a listen.
