Scene in basement was your crew and guest were smelling rotten eggs/ sulphur. What you were smelling was H2S. This is a colorless chalcogen hybride gas with the characteristic foul of rotten eggs. It is poisonous, corrosive and flammable. Prolonged inhalation of H2S can cause serious injury to a person's nervous system.
