I completely loved it. The scenes are so beautiful, the actors played the characters so well. I connected so much with Aang, Zuko, Suki, Uncle Iroh and Katara. Sokka's actor really did bring the essence of the character into the show. And I don't know what are the plans with Azula's character but she feels more relatable, to be honest all the characters do. The writers and directors seemed to have done a very good job with the limited amount of episodes given. I am a fan of the original show, I've watched it so many times. Yet while watching this I never got bored even though I knew the plotline. The writes did well by remaning loyal to the outcome and essence of the original serie but making a few alternations that are so well connected to the avatar world that it doesn't seem to be out of touch. The emotional and personal journey of each character prevails. They succeeded on bringing us the depth of the past serie. I can't wait to watch season 2.
