Captain Balls

People need to stop dick-riding this movie. I don't even need to say what this film does wrong, but I'll start with the fact that the plot is ridiculous. The "Killer posts photos and videos on Instagram that foreshadow what happens later in the movie" cliché that I never understood, which in and of itself is stupidly unrealistic. Not to mention the portrayal of teens in the movie and the acting in general. It's just shallow and corny, and not like classic movies of the same genre. But the movie does have some redeeming qualities; the practical gore effects are done really well, although they are a bit overexaggerated sometimes. But that's only assuming it's stylized like old slasher movies, which I don't believe it is. Overall, it was not a great experience, but I didn't expect much from the trailer anyway.
