Yo this movie FIRE. Never forget that this happened WAYYY BEFORE the US' involvement. Understand this happened at the height of the nazi blitzkrieg and it took many, many, MANY aspects to prevent this event from being more of a disaster than it already was. Understand that many hundreds of thousands of troops were SAVED. Those same troops, along with many others including Americans, went right back and WON THE SECOND WORLD WAR. I DARE someone to talk negative about the French or their involvement in World War 2. The French are BRAVE and without them the world would've gotten conquered. Without any of the nations involved to counter the axis threat, the WORLD would've been CONQUERED. Peace and love. ~ Besides all that the movie is excellent and the soundtrack is absolutely superb.

I can relate with so much of this show and I see myself in just about all of the characters.
