SPOILER ALERT- almost an updated version of James Woods film "Salvador" from1986. A movie about photo journalism during war. So I expected one of them would die. Movie picks up in last days of conflict so the devastation is the backdrop for the travelers. Unsettling to see turmoil in the US: we're used to seeing all that chaos in other countries not here. The last scene, assault on the White House is tense like the assault scene in Full Metal Jacket to get the sniper or Saving Private Ryan scenes at the Bridge. Ultimately a passing of the torch film to a younger generation
