I've read a ton of John Grisham books, enjoyed them all but this might be my least favorite. The characters weren't that interesting; the protagonist, Mitch, is borderline unlikeable. We spend a ton of uneventful time in this world; which isn't a problem if the world is interesting (like in Sooley) or charming (like in A Time to Kill), but this one wasn't to me. It's a law firm. If you're into that you'll like it, but I was bored. It wasn't bad - any Grisham is enjoyable - but it's definitely far from his best.
