Not subtle at all and very nonsensical. Why would the government in a few weeks shut down a border right next to them because a few people burnt down shops. This is the problem, the pacing is so far off that in the first episode it's pretty interesting but by the second episode it's just a non-subtle dig at immigration policies for the rest of the series. Shame, it's a cool setting but then just descends into a mess.

An intelligent and hilarious TV show that I would love to see come back.
