Even though I grew up with the games after this (also missing the sequel) I love this game to bits it does hold your hand a bit to much but it uses that to develop characters and makes you ask questions you might not have thought about if these questions weren't brought up. I've been playing the game again recently and it still really holds up, yes the graphics are a bit out dated but the story is really all that matters and the pokemon designs are pretty top notch and Reshiram is the whole reason I chose Black over White as cool as Zekrom looks just something about Reshiram makes it one of my favorite pokemon of all time. The starter choices I'll admit I wasn't so thrilled with all three of their beginning stages were adorable and if it weren't for Samurott I would all ways have chosen Oshawott but Snivy is adorable and Tepig is cute too (I've actually been using Tepig for my recent play through) I want to get my hands on White 2 I just don't have the money (that's not a dig on how expensive it is I just don't have the money) though I will admit the naming of the sequels is kinda weird. Some things I would have liked explored more is what the original dragon type pokemon looked like (though that's probably never gonna happen) and I would like N's backstory explored more and Ghetsis' whole deal I plan to obtain all the original games but white 2 is first on my list just because of this game and if there is new content involving this I want it. I would definitely would recommend this to anyone I know who is willing to get into pokemon but I definitely wouldn't give them my copy because this game is amazing and I don't wanna give it up so if your a major fan of the games and haven't played this yet get on it and if your new to the franchise this game would be a good starter so go check it out and if your having doubts looks up some game reviews and you'll come up with your own opinion.
