its 2020 and im still hooked on empress ki! perhaps i can recall watching this drama more than 10 times now of various episodes! what i want to share is that this drama illicited so many emotions in me from wanting to hop in the screen to strangle Tanashili to swearing at the cruelty of her father and crying bucketloads of tears to seunyang losing her baby 😭😭...although so many of the beautiful actors and actresses made this drama so realistic and played their parts effortlessly...one stood out was Ha Jiwon she played so many roles from a being a thug to a maid to court lady to a concubine then empress i think she did a great job! she is my favorite actor so ill just go ahead and give her all the acting credit lol! otherwise overall i guess i can say well done to this team who put this drama together though..im sure it was tough and challenging especially filming up to 51episodes!!👏👏👏 hope you can deliver another similar histrorical drama!

I've just completed watching this series in Netflix (Oct 2019). I thought it would be a full on violent prison kinda drama but what really hooked me was the individual characteristics of each prisoner in that particular cell. I love how the plot portrayed park hae zoo's character turned out that he used his wealth as a baseballer to help his prison fellows and struggles with their personal issues.y favorite character was played by Lee Gyoo hyeong his one was the funniest cracks me one minute he's normal and the next he's like cute druggie lol! This is not to disregard other characters played by his best friend/corrections officer as well as the other cell mates whom have struggles of their own but managed yo maintain a synced relationship of best buddies who covered each others backs in times of trouble. Overall, I give this drama 10 stars! Well done to the directors/producers and team for pulling such an entertaining and suspending drama! Highly revommend to watch with a group of open minded friends lol!
