Paul Martin – Google

This was a great introduction into this saga. Some audience members were unprepared for some of the brutality, but the original western frontier was just that. This was more realistic than "How the west was won" which romanticized the adventure of going west. The 3 hours went by quickly and was a great foundation for the future chapters. The actors were superb, and the vista did history justice. I'm looking forward to the next installment.

Bravo! Film Noir is not a popular genre in the 2000's. These performances all it the spot right on. Thanks to the entire cast and crew for their efforts. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this film and our first comments were that we hope Liam Neeson reprises this role and that these producers and directors network some of these characters into the next movie. Perhaps a story that will include some intrigue of the late 30's and the upcoming world war.

My initial reaction was why hasn't Oprah mentored the Duke and Duchess of Sussex on how effective their message will be as it is measured against all of their media engagements and communications. Mental Wellness is an especially important message considering the global impact of the pandemic but you can't flippantly criticize your host country's basic tenet of freedom. You can't complain about the lack of privacy.& then include your son in media engagements.. These types of gaffes provide fodder to continually review the Dukes past embarrassing moments (Nazi suit?) and undermines their credibility. They are rapidly using up the goodwill Princess Diane garnered from her numerous acts of charity and good works. I want to support the Duke and Duchess but they are starting to come across as disingenuous and slightly hypocritical..

I watched recent episodes w/ my wife. I would suggest they put a "Blowup" meter in the shape of Lukes head in the lower right hand corner to suggest when he is about to blow. I would think Vegas would have an Over/under on blowups by now. My suggestion to the young bama girl about Luke, buyer beware these blow ups are cautionary signs that any relationship w/ someone who interacts w/ other people that way will end in violence
