Three Lives, Three Worlds, The Pillow Book

This is one of the best Chinese romance series I've ever watched! It's simply a whole package: the script, costumes, acting, etc. are all excellent. Plus, it has a happy ending which is not very common to Chinese historical drama. In my opinion, only one Chinese historical drama series can compare to this one - The Rise of Phoenixes. But expect yourself to cry your eyes out, bc this series ends tragically.
