I honestly never played The Witcher on my PS4. But I’ve watched my roommate play the game and Geralt is a badass. I was eager to watch this show and I honestly do like it. The show was not perfect and I feel like there was so much plot build up and not enough action than I expected compared to the video game. Henry Cavil is built for this part and I can’t see anyone else taking the role. The guy is womanizer and he’s the definition of a man lol. This show has extreme potential but I feel like it was trying to be a want to be Game of Thrones. All I ask is that I wish I can see a little more actions throughout the episodes with Geralt. Overall, if you are a fan of the Witcher then give it a go 100%. I finished the series in one extremely lazy day on a Saturday so it wasn’t that bad. Expect to feel out of it during some episodes though. Also, some parts made it seem hard to tell when it was a flashback or present time. So after all being said, I give 3-4 stars but it has potential to become a 5 for sure.
