My teenage daughters and I went to watch this movie. We enjoyed it a lot. I have a vague memory of watching Dune back in the 80’s, so I really wanted to see this version. My teenagers loved it. I really had no idea who was a part of the cast beyond Momoa, since I had seen only one preview for it. I was pleasantly surprised to see some really great actors/actresses in the film. I thought the acting was great, and the movie was put together well. I haven’t read the book, so I’m looking at it entirely from an entertainment point of view. It was really long, but we never once felt bored. It was entertaining from beginning to end. We walked away thoroughly enjoying the film.
