This happened to my developmentally delayed family member! His court ordered fiduciary removed him from his mortgage free home, signed for his 94year old Alzheimer’s-dementia mother to get her breast removed because a lump was discovered (she never healed and succumbed soon after surgery). Sold the home for $600,000 dollars to an acquaintance of hers when it was worth close to 2million dollars. This fiduciary sold and threw away his memorabilia, heirlooms and personal belongings. She also sold his land. He didn’t receive not one penny of anything sold nor did he have a voice to prevent his family belongings from being sold and trashed! I used my own money to fight for my autistic family member but the fiduciary fought me using my family members money! She even attempted to assassinate my character so to gain some more time to dissolve and exhaust all of his assets! This movie is a true depiction of what is going on in the judicial system today! I hated that the movie was my near exact reality! I hope that more people see this movie and share their stories in hopes of getting justice! I would give this movie an 5star for revealing this true atrocity.
