Peter Pan and Wendy is one of the best remakes of a classic that I have ever seen! People are review-bombing this masterpiece because of the added diversity in the film, but they choose to ignore the importance of representation and the meaningful plot that the film carries. It is very enjoyable and emotional and I especially enjoyed the added backstory to Peter and Hook's rivalry as well as Tiger Lily's positive and impactful role in the story. This remake added an element of depth to the characters by bringing in the idea that a hero isn't always right and the villain isn't always wrong. People who say that this movie is for "snowflakes" simply don't want to face the realities of life that are presented in this film. Props to the creators of this film!!!
