Probably mine is an unpopular opinion, but I found the movie really annoying and boring. The concept of the movie is unique and interesting. They do try to educate the audiences about in-vitro fertilization and how pregnancy affects the life of a woman, which are the only two good things about this movie. However, they made questionable statements on abortion and adoption in the movie, like abortion means murdering an unborn child or adoption is not the favourable option because "apna apna hi hota hai". I believe the makers did not intend to promote such a line of thinking but anyone watching it still needs to be cautious so as not to get swayed by it.

Well, I had really high hopes from this series and boy, was I disappointed! I am only on season 3 and I am already considering dropping this show. The trend is - the show slowly builds a story involving a high-value target, then the lead protagonist, Carrie, does something really stupid, the foolproof plan fails, and then a convenient "twist" makes the story happen in the end anyway. Carrie's character has become so unbearable. Her obsessive, reckless and erratic behavior, her tendency of disobeying orders resulting in people getting killed or botched plans, none of it makes sense after a while. And all the people around the loose cannon, Carrie, comply, just like that, like there are no rules and protocols, like they have no other choice! There were parts where I just wanted her character to die because I couldn't see her "following her hunches" anymore or see her crying over the mistakes that she herself made, sigh! And also, there's Dana, another annoying character. Probably the makers wanted to show us a damaged but an innocent child from a broken family of a war hero/traitor. But all I could see was a brat with a bad attitude, who did not know how to appreciate anything that was ever offered to her. She was mean to her mom, mean to her dad and mean to anybody and everybody. I truly felt sorry for her mom. I just skip the parts that have Dana in it. In conclusion, I really wanted to love this show but I just can't stand it! 2 stars because it is an engaging show if you can tolerate Carrie doing something stupid in every other episode, huh!

I don't know why I did that to myself but if you are reading this, don't be me. I finished this stupid series despite being totally annoyed with "I'm not a child" Josephine by the end of 2nd episode itself. DO NOT WATCH THIS SERIES, IT WILL GIVE YOU A HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. I agree with most of the reviews here. That little girl was unbelievably unbearable. **Spoiler Alert** All hell breaks loose when an entitled brat, who cannot follow orders, decides to write her own rules! And her family, instead of reprimanding her, supports her idiotic actions by bullying the locals. Jospehine didn't respect her parents, she didn't honour the locals & their requests (well, nor did her parents, so..), she didn't even honour her little friend's needs. Our hero Josephine wanted to rescue & help the baby? Okay, I get that. But when the baby was returned, she wanted to take it with her to 'her home'? The baby obviously belonged with its own kind, was that so hard to get? She clearly messed up everything, but her mother kept telling her that she wasn't responsible for anything! So it was as much her parents' fault, they enabled her bad behaviour. Teach your child how to own her actions, lady!! I loved it when the grandmother wanted Josephine to bear the consequences of her actions. I would have in fact loved to see her die. But sigh, the poor locals die instead. Ngl, the show could have been so much more. The suspense and horror was good. But this series is really not worth your time.

What a waste of time this show was! Ngl, the 1st episode had me hooked. It seemed promising, but soon after the show became tiresome. The story was unnecessarily complicated, as if the makers didn't want it to end, so there were twists upon twists. I really wanted to like the show, instead I repeatedly found myself asking, 'why am I still watching it?!!' 🥱 Honestly, there was no need for a second season. The makers could have very easily ended the story in 1st season itself, but, well, to each his own! I skipped so much only to finish watching it, to find out how it ended...sigh... I'm so disappointed! Not going to come back for the 2nd season either. 😮‍💨 The actors, on the other hand, have done a pretty good job, more power to the cast! 🙌🏻
