I watched it because some sites had really high ratings while others had just 1 star, which was very confusing. Now I kind of understand why. I think all those high ratings are related to the cinematography, which is great. But the whole movie can be explained in one sentence—nothing really happens, and whatever does happen has no real conclusion. It puts you in that survival/uncertainty vibe for 2.5 hours and that's it.
I think this movie would be better if it were condensed into 30 minutes to set up a more developed story. The 2 hours and 20 minutes could have been used more effectively to build toward a stronger second half with a real plot and a satisfying conclusion.
