This show began in the same manner as Game of Thrones. Fantastic! If you are a fan of Thrones then every reference made in this show was warranted. There are many that were appalled at the C-section scene but as a nurse in obstetrics, seeing the of how procedures were performed in the BEGINNING and knowing that were since IMPROVED on was great. It is not wise to believe that the things we do now are the same as what was done in times with less technology. Everything came from something and I am sure the beginning of everything was not PERFECT
