The chemistry between Kate and Lucy is adorable. The show does a great job showcasing Kate's character balancing her practical and emotional sides. I love this show, and I am not a TV show watcher. I do wish they would make Vanessa's character more compelling, but otherwise, the show is great

The relationship between Maya and Carina is riveting. Their chemistry is palpable and it helps them bring their characters to life. I love the balance of the show - the human interest element vs. the fire fighter element. I am not a TV show watcher, but the Maya/Carina characters have pulled me into this show.

excellent acting by Prianka. yes, the movie is bollywood style - i.e., melodtamatic. as many ctitics note, it lacks the subtlety. my opinion - so what? people, we need to redefine slighty what 'critically acclaimed' means. it's OK to be a bit melodramatic and cute. look at the film through that lense, and you will enjoy it, as well as the acting, especially by prianka
