I so much appreciated a lot of the series! However!!! There was one compilation about a couple that obviously needed some help and the wife should have left on or a fiancé I should say left much earlier than she did. But they continued to make the remark that don’t let people tell you more than once who they are. And I believe Maya Angelou was quoted with this and Oprah along with other various people continue to be remarking on the situation. making me feel like no matter what you do in your past it cements who you are forever. And I just felt a lot of hopelessness and just felt like nothing can change for the future and no matter what I do or read or think or believe that based on different aspects of who I was are cemented for who I am forever. Just felt really hopeless after that and hope that others don’t feel that way and that the intent of this episode doesn’t Mark who we all are. Just have taken a lot of the episodes at face value and deeper also and utilized the advice but the overall message of this made me feel extremely hopeless.
