Watched the show streaming online for the first time. TOO much dysfunction from 'leadership' flowing down to the staff: closest alcoholics, flirtatious atmosphere, ghetto brawls, jealousy, manipulation, inappropriate comments to and from staff, etc... all in front of customers, while trying to transition to a Michelin Star restaurant? Bottomline, management didn't respect the staff and the staff didn't respect management! And the Chef allowed it all. More etiquettes would've been needed before this Team could've been Michelin Star ready.
