First time at Balans in sometime and can’t believe how unaccommodating they’ve become. With my girlfriend, and she asked about the fried chicken Asian buns that are on the happy hour and late night menus since she allergic to seafood. Most of the appetizers are seafood based. They wouldn’t make an exception. Therefore, they lost the sale of 2 appetizers - mine and hers. Additionally, we decided not to order drinks as well and ordered just entree's since already here. Very disappointing the sever wouldn’t even ask a manager. Guess it’s a one and done.
