Someone told me they were trying to keep a “good image” for Bob Marley which is why they made it this way. But would Bob would’ve wanted that!? No! He would’ve wanted them to be completely truthful about who he was and what he’s been through. He was a Messenger sent by God. The only way to get a message through is to tell the story. They told a story about a tour, not his roots and who he was and the internal struggles he had to deal with. I don’t think Marley would’ve approved this. He would’ve said do it over and this time show my soul!
