Great programme guys, am so glad these scams are being publicised, it will help other people be more aware. I fell victim of the mobile phone scam pretending to be o2 and it has been so stressful and a nightmare trying to get anywhere with the o2 call centre just feel like I'm being fobbed off by them saying its being investigated, the incident happened on16th september and still nobody from the o2 fraud team have been in touch, despite me ringing customer service almost daily and emailing them directly, I did manage to return the phone to them which has been confirmed but don't feel particularly supported by o2, perhaps they need to come up with better security to protect their customers from this hateful crime in the future
