Beautifully simple yet so unique. This series allows us to have a glimpse of how everyday persons were important in telling the story of Jesus. The soundtrack is haunting and beautiful. The sets are very authentic and unadorned. I was absolutely touched by this series and it will bring depth to my Bible reading. The final guest to knock on Mary Magdalen's door during her first Sabbath feast took an ordinary act and elevated it to a spiritual level. I hope you enjoy this series as much as I did. And what an amazing film to be viewed in these turbulent, hate-filled times!!
